Instruction Manual for NVC Media Team Personnel and Equipment  

NVC Media team gets several requests to support several activities, internal and external, or media equipment for various functions, like keyboard, speakers, sound system, microphone (wireless, pin, etc.), projectors, etc.     

Basically, church assets cannot be taken out of church property, and cannot be loaned out.  All worship chapels and seminar rooms have necessary equipment to support presentations and worship services. 

Many people have asked for loan of church media equipment, and we have lost many expensive equipment or return damaged equipment.  

1. Media equipment for church are usually professional quality and very expensive (several hundreds to thousands of dollars), and if they are damaged by misuse or lost, this may affect our major worship services and we do not have budget to replace them as needed.
2. We cannot keep track of these “loans” and people are usually not willing to take responsibility;
3. Media team can loan out spare equipment (if we have them) for any damaged equipment in main worship/seminar rooms on a temporary basis for repair.

Following rooms have presentation equipment and responsible department are as noted:

1. Main Building
   1. Main Sanctuary (Media Team )
   2. Pathway Chapel (Media Team)
   3. Seminar room # 210 (Media Team)
   4. Hosanna (Choir practice room)  (Media Team)
2. Education Building
   1. Lighthouse Chapel  - Next Gen Ministry
   2. Vision Chapel  - Next Gen Ministry
   3. Noah’s Ark - Next Gen Ministry
   4. New Song Chapel - Next Gen Ministry 
   5. Wisdom Chapel - Next Gen Ministry
   6. Fellowship hall (Rodem) – Operations Ministry
3. Others
   1. Several classrooms and conference room (#200) have  large screen TV or projectors (Building Ministry)

The primary responsibility for the Media team personnel are official worship services (i.e., Sunday, Wednesday, Dawn Prayers, etc.,) and all of them have full time jobs.  They are not responsible for all other activities.  Please refer to the NVC Media Team Operation Guideline, and Application for the Use of Main Sanctuary/Pathway Chapel, New Vision Church
