A fertile spot in a desert, where water is found.

To recognize the sinfulness in us and around us; a spiritual desert land that has dried us up like old bones (Ezekiel 37).

Our hope is a living water, a living water prophesied (Zechariah 14:8) and promised (John 4:10) and fulfilled by Jesus Christ (John 7:37). Jesus is our oasis, he is the answer for our thirst, spiritual longing and inevitable death.

Jesus says in John 7:38, “Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” By grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone - the cross and resurrection proclaims the new life!

But beautifully, it doesn’t stop there. Like an oasis still reminds us that we’re surrounded by the desert, Christ reminds us of the world of brokenness we come from and sends us out. Out of our hearts, the river of living water will flow... to friends, family and neighbor.

We desire to know Jesus, and to make Him be known!
