품안의 아이로만 여기던 우리의 아이들이 어느새 자라서, 혼자서도신나게 춤추고 즐겁게 찬양하며 두손모아 기도하고 편안하게 예배보는 이곳은 바로 뉴비전교회의 유치부입니다.

우리의 미래가 될 어린이들을 우리는 예수님의 말씀에 순종하며 정성껏 섬기고 가르치며 신앙안에서 잘 양육해야 할 의무가 있습니다. 세상적인 조기교육 보다 조기 신앙교육은 더 중요하고 더 가치가 있습니다. 무엇보다도 어렸을때 외웠던 말씀과 찬양은 신앙의 좋은 밑거름이 되고 튼튼한 뿌리가 되어서, 어린이들이 커가면서 많은 역경과 어려운 상황, 갈등 가운데에서도 올바른 방향을 갖고 견고한 믿음을 가진 자녀로 성장하게 하는 원동력이 되기 때문입니다.

이 수연 전도사님이 담당 사역하시는 뉴비전의 유치부는 3세-6세까지의 어린이들을 대상으로 교육관에 위치한 <노아의 방주:Noah’s Ark> 예배실에서 성경과 복음을 바탕으로한 영적, 육체적, 지적 교육을 담당하고 있습니다. 아직은 다소 산만하고 자유분방하지만 즐겁게 뛰며 순수한 마음으로 찬양과 율동을 통해 드리는 이 예배를 예수님은 기뻐하시리라 믿습니다.

Our Philosophy

We believe each child is a unique and valuable person in God's sight. The child's value is not dependent on physical appearance or behavior, but is established by the fact that he/she is created in the image of God and has the potential to become a child of the living God by accepting Jesus as his/her Savior.

Vision Statement

Noah’s Ark is New Vision Church’s children’s ministry for preschoolers and kindergarteners (ages 3-6). The curriculum is based on the Bible and Good News and focuses on helping children grow physically, intellectually and spiritually in Christ. It is designed to teach God’s truths to children through Bible stories and to foster learning through fun, hands-on experience. We also run supplemental programs that enable us to minister to families in our community by inviting them to church and sharing Jesus’ love.

Our Vision is helping children know Jesus, leading them to Christ, and empowering them to impact the world.

Our Goal is to create a safe, clean, and fun learning environment in which we teach the Bible and incorporate those teachings into an age-appropriate, academic curriculum for each child. In this caring environment, we will foster intellectual and spiritual growth.

유치부는 주일 오전 2부(오전 9시 30분)와 3부(오전 11시 15분) 두번의 예배를 드리게 됩니다. 2부 예배에는 주로 영어부의 자녀들의(30-35명)참여가 높으편이며 3부는 주로 한어부의 어린이들이 (60-65여명) 주로 참석하는 경향이 있습니다.

현재 2부는 6개의 반이, 3부는 9개 반이 운영되고 있는데 각 예배 후에는 아이들의 창의를 개발하고 팀웍을 훈련하는 center프로그램으로 이어집니다.

Worship and Sunday School
We offer age-appropriate services for children during 2nd Worship (9:30-10:30 a.m.) and 3rd Worship (11:15 a.m. – 1:20 p.m.). Each service begins with praise and worship, followed by a sermon given by Pastor Soo Yi. Afterwards, the children will be divided into small groups to go over the lesson with their teachers and participate in arts & crafts activities. The children will enjoy a snack and a play time while they wait for the parents.

Mid-Week Program (AWANA Cubbies)

Cubbies is the AWANA Club for preschoolers (ages 2.5-4). The club meets every Friday from 7:30 to 9:15 p.m. Kids learn Scripture and values through fun games, puppet shows, and handbook time.

The program is built on two promises:

• Young children can and should receive spiritual training.
• Although home is the primary place for spiritual training, we want to support parents in teaching their preschoolers about Jesus.

Fun ? and lots of it!
Awana is fun with a purpose: to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.

The Cubbies curriculum features two handbooks written in a fun storybook style that appeals to preschoolers. Each section of the handbooks combines basic Scripture memorization with parent-child activities to help the child grasp a simple biblical truth. All memory verses are presented at a level appropriate for 3 and 4 year olds.

Before starting a handbook, newcomers to Cubbies are taken through an introductory brochure that gives parents and children a brief overview of the program and presents God’s plan of salvation at a preschooler’s level.

특별행사로 매달 첫째주 주일에는 아이들의 생일을 축하해주고 축복기도를 합니다.

부활절 - 예수님의 부활을 기념하여 예배드리는 주일입니다. 에그헌등 주일학교 선생님들과 주님의 사랑을 함께 나눕니다

어린이 가정연합 예배 - 5월 가정의 달을 맞이하여 부모와 자녀가 함께 예배를 드리고 부모님에게 드리는 어린이들의 특별 찬양도 준비됩니다. 어린이를 위한 성경암송 대회도 진행합니다.

여름 성경학교 - 매해 6월 셋째주 화요일에서 토요일 아침까지 전교인의 자녀뿐만 아니라 주변의 이웃교회 또는 베이지역의 300 여명 이상이 참여하는 큰 행사로 자리잡고 있습니다.

어린이 가을 축제- 10월 31일 세상적인 할로윈으로부터 어린이들을 보호하기 위하여 저녁 5시- 7시 45분 까지 뉴비젼 교회에서 자체 행사로 열립니다. 3G worship 삼세대가 함께 찬양하는 귀한 시간을 통해 예배의 중요성과 찬양의 밤으로 신앙을 배웁니다

추수감사절 예배 - 한 해의 추수를 감사하며 추수한 열매중에 가장 첫 열매로 신선하고 큰 열매를 가져와서 예배를 드리는 주일입니다. 예배후에는 아이들이 원하는 것 한가지씩을 가져가는데 아이들이 직접 참여함으로써 재밌있고 또 오래 기억에 남는 예배입니다.

성탄절 예배 - 예수님의 탄생을 기념하며 축하하는 예배입니다.

Support Groups & Organizational Structure

1) Sunday school teachers

Teachers will pray for your kids and answer any questions you have. They attend BASS convention seminars for training and updates and have fellowship as well.

2) PTA : parent leaders & volunteers

Parent volunteers support Noah’s Ark to facilitate and personalize children’s ministry.
